The DayBreak Estate is located in the “Prettiest Village in Maine,” Wiscasset.  The waterfront property encompasses the eloquent Manor, the French antique showroom, the Guest Cottage, Vineyard, Fleurs du DayBreak Manor - specialty fresh cut flowers, and acres of water front gardens with obelisks, follies, armillaries, and urns over flowing with flowers all nestled into formal gardens that graciously span the property overlooking the sailboats coming and going.

DayBreak Estate is available for events, photo shoots, and film. From TV commercials, TV shows, movies, photo shoots (LL Bean, Modabella, Tyra Banks), to weddings, family reunions, and corporate receptions the Estate provides numerous unique settings both inside the grand Manor and within the lovely grounds.

DayBreak Manor was three years in the making, finished in 1930. Fine craftsmen from Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania labored to create this exquisite Colonial Revival, built to exacting standards using superior materials to capture the very best traditional elements of the Georgian and Federal styles.

    - The living room boasts an important Todd Hunter fireplace mantel.
    - Franklin D. Roosevelt often visited and stayed at DayBreak Manor.
